PPC-1000

PPC-1000 Metal Stamping Press Control
PPC-1000 Cam-based Press Control. PPC1000 is a low-cost press control that uses a rotary cam for positioning and has a message center for fault read out. This is a great control for PLC applications to eliminate the high cost of dual PLC packages. Use the PPC-1000 for safety and use the PLC for your none safety control. All faults can be reported back to the PLC through the PLC interface.


PPC-1100R

PPC-1100R Metal Stamping Press Control.
PPC1100R is a low-cost press control using a resolver for positioning. It is provided with one safety sensor input and two counters. Two optional programmable limit switches are available.


PPC-1000R

PPC-1000R Low Cost Press Automation Control.
PPC1000R is a resolver based safety press automation control. Six programmable limit switches, eight die protection sensor inputs and counters are standard. Options for more inputs, outputs, load monitor and ethernet are available.


Automator I

The Automator I is an automation press control using a resolver for positioning. A slotted rack design allows options for die protection, programmable limit switches, load monitor, shut height, counter balance, cushion control, and many others.


Automator II

The Automator II adds enhanced functionality to the Automator I, with it’s 15” color touch screen and vivid graphics. Other new features include advanced communications with ethernet, USB and RS232 connections; down load digital photos of die set up with notes, schematics and more. The same rack design as the Automator I that allows options for safety press control, die protection, programmable limit switches, load monitor, shut height, counter balance, cushion control, and more.
